The knowledge economy is the orientation of the new economy in the twenty-first century, especially with the decline in growth opportunities and achieve the levels of most of the development are difficult to overcome in the economy of goods and services, so that the transformed knowledge into the main product of the most valuable and trading and profitability at the moment, in this context, are found in the economic literature which enhances this approach by the so-called economics of innovation that are considered by many economists : theory of the twenty first century, as establishing a new direction in the economy based on the organization, creativity and invention as a means towards the so-called knowledge economy.
