The purpose of this article is to show the importance and the place of training in skills development at the enterprise level.
It will firstly recall the main definitions of training and competence.
Then the contribution of training in the process of skills development.
Among the various areas covered by the human resources management, there is training that takes place at all stages of career workers, and it is from this fundamental element that seeks to develop management skills in order to optimize their contribution in achieving the objectives of the company.

L’objet de cet article est de montrer l'importance et la place qu’occupe la formation dam le développement des compétences au niveau des entreprises.
Il s’agira tout d’abord de rappeler les principales définitions de la formation et de la compétence.
Ensuite l’apport de la formation dam le processus de développement des compétences.
Partni les différents domaines que couvre la gestion des ressources humaines, on trouve la formation qui intervient à tous les stades de la carrière des salariés, et c’est à partir de cet élément fondamental que le management cherche à développer les compétences dam un souci d’optimiser leurs apports quant à la réalisation des objectifs de l'entreprise.
