This study aims to explore the role played by electronic entrepreneurship to curb and minimize unemployment among women in Saudi Arabia.

To this aim, the researcher has employed the analytical descriptive approach and applied standards and tools electronically developed by the researcher as follows: a questionnaire of general information, a questionnaire highlighting the characteristics of electronic entrepreneurship project, a questionnaire about the role of electronic entrepreneurship, and a questionnaire focusing on the fundamentals necessary to minimize the rates of unemployment.

Sample group of the study was composed of 102 women, who have their own projects or E-stores in Saudi Arabia.

Proper statistical methods and techniques have been employed to conclude the descriptive findings as well as the findings in light of assumptions of the study.

Findings of the study revealed a direct relationship between the questionnaire concerned with awareness about Eentrepreneurship and the questionnaire concerned with the fundamentals necessary to curb down unemployment at the indicative level of (0.01).

Accordingly, the more awareness about the role of E-entrepreneurship increased, the more the awareness about the fundamentals necessary to minimize unemployment would be.

Similarly, the study revealed a direct relationship between the questionnaire concerned with awareness about the role of Eentrepreneurship and its counterpart that highlighted awareness about the fundamentals necessary to minimize unemployment on one hand and a number of variables of the study on the other hand at the indicative levels of (0.01) and (0.05), respectively.

Hence, the higher the educational level, age, and monthly income, the higher awareness about E-entrepreneurship and the fundamentals necessary to curb unemployment would be.

Nevertheless, the study revealed absence of any correlation between the social status and the questionnaire concerned with awareness about the role of E-entrepreneurship and the questionnaire concerned with awareness about the fundamentals necessary to curb and minimize unemployment.

On top of that, the study pointed out that ‘Educational Level’ was among the most effective factors upon awareness about the role of E-entrepreneurship with a percentage standing at 79.7%.

The factor ‘Age’ comes second with a percentage standing at 75.4%.

The factor ‘Numbers of Unemployment/Idle Years’ comes in the third rank with a percentage standing at 67.5%.

Finally, the factor of ‘Monthly Income’ comes last with a percentage standing at 63.9%.

Eventually, the study has recommended benefit to be derived from the fundamentals of EEntrepreneurship to curb and minimize unemployment among women.
