The current research aims to identify: 1 - ways of thinking among the students of the university.

2 - List significance of differences in ways of thinking by variable sex (male - female).

3 - List significance of differences in ways of thinking and by variable specialization (scientific - Human).

4 - creative performance among the students of the university.

5 - significance of differences in performance among the students of the university creative and variable by sex (male - female).

6 - an indication of the performance of creative differences among the students of the university and by variable sex (male - female).

7 - correlation between the ways of thinking and creative performance among the students of the university.

The sample consisted of 200 students, which were chosen randomly equal quantum and the Faculty of Science and fundamental education from the University of Mustansiriya Studies morning and disciplines of science and humanity, male and female, and to achieve the objectives of the research was to use a list of ways of thinking to a drunkard Neberg and Oaegnir (Short version ) (1992) Sterenberg & Wagner and Arabized and localized by Brahimi (2012) and measure the performance of creative and sophisticated modified by the researcher and depending on the theoretical literature and previous studies are available within this area, and used statistical means of the following: Choice t- for one sample and choice t- for two independent samples and Pearson correlation coefficient and the equation of alpha Kroteach , and the results showed that college students are without thinking styles of all , and more styles unique and common in students is ( hierarchy ) , and no statistically significant differences in ways of thinking among university students according to gender (male - female) in favor of females , and on the following methods ( external and legislative, executive and local hierarchy and monarchy and the internal and liberal ), while there are no statistically significant differences between males and females in ways of thinking (global and estoppel , regional and chaotic and purses) .

As well as the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in all ways of thinking among the students of the university and variable depending on the specialization (scientific and humanitarian).

The results also indicated that there is a creative performance among the students of the university, while there are no differences between the performance of students on the creative depending on the variable sex (male, female) and specialization (scientific and humanitarian).

Finally, the results showed that it is no correlation between the ways of thinking and all the creative performance at His Majesty (0.05).

In light of the results that have been reached, and an update on the search researcher recommended some of the recommendations and a set of proposals.
