The study is the descriptive one, conducted with content analysis that consists of an introduction and the theoretical framework of the study.

The researcher tried to explain the importance of study, study problems, study goals, and conducting approaches, methods of study.

The practical framework of the study is the second part that includes of the samples of the study, that consists of (130) murderer (118) male and (12) female, from adult correctional/ men and women sections in Sulaymaniya city, which have been chosen by comprehensive-survey method.

The study concluded that: 1-Most of murderers (killers) were male.2- Purpose murdering was in the top of the murders.

2-Most of killers were exposed to abuse and violence in front of their spouse’s.

3- Most of murderers were lived with their children and couplets.

4-Honour defense, addiction, alcoholism and self-defense come in the head of the social factors.

5-social and family circumstances, such as constant fighting, misunderstanding one of the spouse’s domination had led to commission of the crime.

6-The gun was the main mean used in the murdering.

7-Most of murder victims were fare relatives.

Finally, a set of recommendations and precious proposals have been put forward to be more effective in murders reduction
