الملخص EN

The stud;y aims to revealing the attitudes of primary education teachers towards the formation processes they underwent before and during their service.

For the same purpose, the analytical descriptive method was used through a questionnaire consisting of 37 statements spread over seven fields (the objectives of the training, the time allocated to the training, training procedures, the training content, the training supervisors, the training budget and the required resources).

The questionnaire was designed according Likert triangular method (agree, no opinion, disagree).

Based on the theoretical heritage and a series of previous studies, it was then distributed to a sample of 62 teachers from primary education in the provinces 10 and 41 belonging to the municipalities of Barhoum and Dahana in the state of M'sila after calculating its psychometric characteristics, where it was found as reliable and constant enough for the study After analyzing the data using the frequencies and percentages, the following results were obtained: •There are positive attitudes of primary education teachers towards the objectives of formative processes.

•There are positive attitudes of primary education teachers towards the time allotted to the formative processes.

•There are positive attitudes of primary education teachers towards the methods of executing the formative processes.

•There are positive attitudes of primary education teachers towards the contents of the formative processes.

•There are positive attitudes of primary education teachers towards the supervisors of the formative processes.

•There are negative attitudes of primary education teachers towards the budget and required resources to implement the formative processes.

the field of the contents of the formative processes scored the highest proportion by 73.99%, followed by the field of supervision by 68.01%, then the methods of executing the formative processes by 67.13%, while the field of budget and necessary resources to execute the formative processes was the lowest percentage of 20.16%.

The overall degree of teachers' attitudes towards the formative processes was 58.80% .

That indicates that the attitudes of the teachers of primary education towards the formative processes they have undergone are generally positive, which is consistent with many field studies: such as the stud;y of (Ben kouwa), which concluded that there are positive attitudes of intermediate education teachers towards continuous training; the stud;y of (Qaili), which found positive attitudes of primary education teachers towards the formative process in relation to the objectives of the formation and its contents; the stud;y of (Joma) in the fields of objectives and the programs timetable ; and the stud;y of (Bo Hafs) in the field of supervisors ;yet it differed in the field of contents, environment and time of formation.

Based on the obtained results, the stud;y recommended: ■The availability of technological media in primary schools, primary education inspections, training centers, and linking them to the internet.

■Encouraging teachers to use technology, and working on providing the various materials and necessary resources to execuse the formative processes.

الملخص FRE

L'étude visait à révéler la nature des attitudes des enseignants de l'enseignement primaire vis-à-vis des processus formatifs qu'ils subissent, qu'ils soient primaires ou dans le cadre de la formation continue, en termes de (objectifs, temps alloués, modalités de mise en œuvre, contenu, , ressources matérielles et ressources nécessaires).

Dans le même but, la méthode analytique descriptive a été utilisée en préparant un questionnaire et en l'appliquant à un échantillon de professeurs dans les 10 et 41 provinces des districts de Barhoum et de Dehahna, qui comptaient 62 professeurs.

L'étude a conclu que: - Les enseignants de l'enseignement primaire ont des attitudes positives vis-à-vis des processus de formation qu'ils ont subis en termes de (objectifs, temps alloué, méthodes de mise en œuvre, contenu et superviseur).

- Les enseignants de l'enseignement primaire ont des attitudes négatives à l'égard des processus formatifs qu'ils ont subis en termes de ressources matérielles et de ressources nécessaires pour les processus de formation.
