الملخص EN

Without doubt, to arrive with the Qur'an at the world level it is necessary to translate it into other languages of the world, considering that the Prophet - peace and blessings of Allah be upon him -has sent to all humanity, God said {وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ إِلَّا رَحْمَةً لِّلْعَالَمِينَ} [الأنبياء107] [21.107] We have not sent you (Prophet Muhammad) except as a mercy to all the worlds This contributes to the definition of our religious and intellectual identity towards others, paving the way for a civilized dialogue between Muslims and the rest of the other nations.

However , that wasn't happen in the first centuries when the Islamic civilization was at the height of its power, despite the great translation movement activity by Muslims in both directions; and from Arabic it was quite different for the Qur'an which delayed translated into other languages by Muslim scholars until the begining of the Twentieth century, After they were preceded by monks and orientalists.

However, getting to this subject is too cautious.

According to some opinions , the absence of the old translation of the Qur'an is caused by the Islamic centralization at that time, when the Arabic language dominated the world.

But This centralization was weakened by the decline of Muslim civilization and the emergence of Western centralization that has taken the aspect of globalization.

on the other hand, perhaps there are Other factors that may also be behind the delay in translating the Qur'an, whith might be a subject to other researche works.

The question remains to this day about legality of Quran translation linguistically and religious? (Indeed)whatever the reasons that caused the late translation of the Qur'an, and despite the realistic fears expressed by many opponents of the translation of the Qur'an, this work meets the interests of Islam and Muslims , especially when it is based those who are honest and qualified whith acheaves people's recognition aimed by Islam, as it is said in the following version : يا أيها الناس إنا خلقناكم من ذكر وأنثى وجعلناكم شعوبا وقبائل لتعارفوا إن أكرمكم عند الله أتقاكم إن الله عليم خبير، الحجرات: 13 49.13] People, We have created you from a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes that you might know one another.

The noblest of you before Allah is the most righteous ofyou.

Allah is the Knower, the Aware.

However, this work is related to the global aspect of the message revealed to our Prophet Muhammad- peace and blessings of Allah be upon him- { قل يا أيها الناس إني رسول الله إليكم جميعا} [158 الأعراف] [7.158] Say: 'O mankind, I am the Messenger of Allah to you all.

even if it seems an impossible task for some or embezzlement and violation of the sacredness of the Qur'an in the opinion of others.

Then , the fact that the islamic civilization went through ,the retraction of arabic language ,moreover the limited number of native speakers (4% of the total population of the world ) , the revolution of information and communication, all of these have contributed to the obligation of the Qur'anic translation , at least to face malicious and distorted translations , even this task seemed impossible to some ,or it was embezzlement and aviolation of the sanctity of Qur'anic text , and on the opinion of others it is inpinge on the sanctity of the Qur'an.

الملخص FRE
