الملخص EN

In this research, we seek to ascertain the reality and extent of the Algerian worker's understanding of the concept of organizational culture and its importance in the professional circles.

We also seek to draw the attention of the actors and interested in the field of managing individuals to spread and raise awareness of the organization's members and especially the supervisory body.

In achieving their objectives.

The researchers used the analytical descriptive approach based on the comprehensive survey - due to the small study population - represented in (24 supervisors).

The study was carried out by the Cosidar Foundation (Building Branch) of the National Foundation.

The researchers tried to answer the following questions: - Do the supervisors of the Kosidar Adrar Foundation know what organizational culture is? - Do the supervisors of the Kosidar Adrar Foundation understand the importance of organizational culture? - Are there statistically significant differences in the responses of the supervisors of the Kosidar Adrar Foundation towards understanding the organizational culture and its importance? In order to achieve the objectives of the research, we built the questionnaire as a tool for study and after ascertaining its psychometric characteristics, the researchers distributed it to the study sample.

The researchers concluded that the general hypothesis is correct: The supervisors of the Kosidar Adrar Foundation do not understand the nature and importance of organizational culture.

It was also found that there are statistically significant differences in the responses of individuals attributed to the level of the supervisory body in the institution in question, which means that the Algerian worker has not yet reached the required level in his awareness of the culture of organization and what its elements offer to serve the mission and objectives of the organization.

Accordingly, we conclude that the subjects of organizational culture are not as important as other organizational elements, as they direct their concerns towards everything related to drawing the values of work and unifying the behavior of individuals and groups, in addition to their contribution to correcting and guiding beliefs and ideas in line with the organization's goals and mission.

Finally, the researchers recommend the need to re-examine the concept and the meaning of organizational culture in the professional sector, especially the leadership and supervisors, as they are responsible for the dissemination of the culture of the institution and strengthen and strengthen and maintain.

We also propose that there be training sessions for the dissemination of organizational values and the identification of the symbols of the institution and the different elements of the problem of culture and identity.

Finally, intensify the efforts towards linking the culture of the organization and its mission and objectives through the knowledge of the employees and the definition of them and their responsibilities and roles towards them.

الملخص FRE

Cette étude vise à connaître la réalité de la compréhension du concept de culture organisationnelle et de son importance par les travailleurs algériens.

Nous avons utilisé l'approche analytique descriptive basée sur l'enquête complète de la société d'étude (24 superviseurs) à la Fondation COSIDER à Adrar.

Un questionnaire a été préparé par les chercheurs en tant qu'outil de collecte de données.

L'étude a trouvé que l'hypothèse générale est claire: les superviseurs de la Fondation COSIDER Adrar ne comprennent pas la nature et l'importance de la culture organisationnelle.

Enfin, les chercheurs recommandent la nécessité de réexaminer le concept et la signification de la culture organisationnelle dans le secteur professionnel, en particulier avec le leadership et les superviseurs.

Nous proposons également des sessions de formation pour la diffusion des valeurs organisationnelles et l'identification des symboles de l'institution et des différents éléments du problème de la culture et de l'identité.

Enfin, intensifier les efforts pour lier la culture de l'organisation et sa mission et ses objectifs à travers la connaissance des employés et la définition de ceux-ci et de leurs responsabilités et rôles à leur égard.
