Despite the fact that the Tunisian Algerian relationships continued to play a major role during the Algerian Revolution on activating the armed struggle inside, by allowing its territories have rear bases to the centers of The National Liberation Army; and thus scaling up its activities and supporting the shelters of Algerian Refugees and backing up the missions team of The National Liberation Front on the Tunisian territories ,and so, to link the bridges of engagement with the international bodies °The High Commission of Refugees° to put the Algerian issue towards a positive internationalization ,which serves the Tunisians interests, playing the role of mediator between the parties to the conflict which was intended by the president BOURGUIBA ,since the transformation of the seat of interim government from Egypt to Tunisia ,during the spring of 1959;despite the nature of these relatonships they recoded stages of tension and crisis that almost often lead to the disolution of the Maghreb engagement adopted by the Maghreb conferences in Tangier in April, 1958 and Al Mahdia in june ,1958.crises that have affected the situation with sentence of factors and fed by the policy of General DE GAULLE to poison the relationships between the two neighbors.And from this point ,we try to monitor through this study depending on the documents of the interim government of The Republic Of Algeria to a major degree ,focusing on tracking the background of this crisis?And its impact on the course of relationships?The responsibility of General DE GAULLE about it?And how did the interim government of the Algerian Republic deal with it?
