The aim of this study was to find out the role of information and communication technologies in improving the operational level of human resources management in the cement establishment in the state of Tebessa.
To understand the matter, the observation and the form were taken and a sample of 69 workers was taken.
To analyze the data, Execle2013 and v22.SPSS were used.
One of the main findings of this research paper is that ICTs in human resources management contribute to the clarity and development of the competencies and responsibilities of the employees in the electronic administration.
This leads to rapid access to the necessary information to perform the work and facilitate communication between employees and administrative levels.
الملخص FRE
L'objectif de cette étude est d'examiner le rôle de l'information et de la communication pour améliorer le niveau opérationnel de l'établissement de gestion des ressources humaines ciment Tébessa et la connaissance du sujet a fiés à la forme d'observation et a pris un échantillon composé de 69 travailleurs, et l'analyse des données ont été utilisées programme Execle2013 et « v22.SPSS ».
L'une des principales conclusions de ce document de recherche que les technologies d'information et de la communication dans la gestion des ressources humaines contribuent à la clarté des compétences et les responsabilités des employés sous gestion électronique, et de développer leurs compétences et leurs capacités, conduisant à un accès rapide aux informations nécessaires pour effectuer le travail et pour faciliter la communication entre les travailleurs et les niveaux de gestion du processus.
