Stage of childhood is one of the most important stages in human life because it needs special care so that it grows soundly free of diseases and other obstacles.

It is the most important stage of the psychological development of a person, and is the cornerstone of personal formation.

We all know that the family is the first social institution in which this child grows and acquires the standards of error and right, but how if this important institution becomes an arena for the practice of various kinds of violence It is more like an active weapon and a stimulant of the emergence of so-called behavioral disorders, how many behaviors and behaviors practiced by the parents on the children, which leave traces, but not appear in the near term, but it does not disappear, but begins to lift the lid on her face know itself in digital language Awesome The danger of domestic violence is that it is not like other forms of violence with direct consequences that arise within the context of conflict relations.

Rather, the indirect consequences of unequal power relations within the family in society in general،Often there is an imbalance in the values and vibrations inthe personality pattern, especially in children, resulting in the end and nearterm vibration in the achievement of the school and get the lastmattressesTherefore, family violenceshould be treated as part of a wider and broader phenomenon of familyboundaries and relationship, as it has a negative impact on these students intheir delay from the remaining students who do not face domestic violence inthe safe and peaceful educational level of the family and the future of thechildren .Thus ,the question that arises here is: Is there a relationship between familyviolence and academic achievement? Are there differences between individualswho face domestic violence in general and primary school pupils in particularin terms of sex? Accordingto the above, researchproblem is determined in the following two questions : Firstquestion: Is there a relationship between family violence and schoolachievement among pupils in elementary schools in the state of Batna? Second question :Are there statistically significant differences between students exposed tofamily violence among pupils in some primary schools in Batna state in terms ofsex? Forthe objectives of the research, it was aimed at: - Detectionof the relationship of family violence to the academic achievement of studentsin some primary schools in the state of Batna.

- Disclosureof differences between students who are exposed to domestic violence in pupilsin some primary schools in the Batna state of sex .

As a conclusion , This study aimed to uncover the relationship between family violence and school achievement , and the knowledge of the differences among students who are sexually abused in some elementry schools in the state of « Batna » .The descriptive descriptive approach has been adopted and an estimated sample of 64 students was selected in a randomized manner according to the varios of domestic violence .

A reseach tool was used in the questionnaire on domestic violence, in order to analyze the resultsthe correlation coefficient was calculated to detect the relationshipof family violence to the scholastic achievement, the calculation of the arithmetic mean ,and the « t » test to indicate differences between two independent samples.

The study found that there is a negative correlation between family violence and academic achievement and the absence of statistically significant differences among the studentts who are violent in some elementary schools in the state of Batna to gender variable.

الملخص FRE

Le but de cette étude était de découvrir le lien entre la violence familiale et les résultats scolaires et de découvrir les différences entre les élèves affectés par le sexe dans certaines écoles primaires de l'état de Batna, en adoptant l'approche descriptive descriptive.

L'échantillon était estimé à 64 élèves et étudiants, Pour la variable violence domestique, un outil de recherche a été utilisé dans le questionnaire sur la violence domestique.

Afin d'analyser les résultats, le coefficient de corrélation a été calculé pour déterminer le lien entre la violence familiale et les résultats scolaires, le calcul de la moyenne arithmétique et le test T pour indiquer les différences entre deux échantillons indépendants.

La recherche a été menée en mai 2017.L'étude a révélé qu'il existe une forte corrélation entre la violence familiale et les résultats scolaires.

Et l'absence de différences statistiquement significatives entre les élèves blessés dans certaines écoles primaires de l'état de Batna en raison de la variable de genre.
