الملخص EN

The organization is based on a set of values acquired by workers during socialization before it is based on a set of tools and scientific programs ,the organization can add value to its staff its characteristics, interests, policies and objectives, which define the character of the organization and distinguish it from other organizations, the need for the organization to draw attention to the structure of value and its sub-elements in its structure in the prevailing organizational culture is increasingly urgent in order to ensure the stability of human resources and the activation of all its constituent energies, since the crises faced by the organizations are the result of the lack of a socialization and standardization policy of effective organizational values in companies.

I consider many researchers that individuals value format is a natural consequence of the socialization process acquired within the humanitarian groups to adapt to changes and his merits in the regulatory environment and professional behaviors.

To create an individual to work and make him get used to it the function of family and job responsibilities, the individual within the family since antiquity in order to adapt the community was involved in family activities and help her inside and outside the home, but in the process of teaching the concepts of work is how indoctrination and m If they contain this process, in other words are socializing at work leading the individual to keep up and adapt to business requirements which are the values of the institution ? Any professional behavior between socialization and enterprise values not be inconsistent or contradictory, so enterprise values is a rejection of the characteristics of socialization.

The study found many results, can be summarized in : To different levels in the organization around patterns of values.

Cannot understand and explore specific value separately from other values.

The Organization's success by engaging constituents in strengthening the cohesion of its value system.

Attention to understanding the socioeconomic cultural characteristics of the communities that rubs off on the organization.

Value format is for individuals within the Organization, a corollary of the socialization process, they have acquired.

Normative theme installation relies on systematic construction of organizational culture.

Socialization based sound effective socialization within the organization.

Enable individuals of socialization within the organization by adopting supportive training policies.

The study's recommendations: • Need to strengthen the organizational culture within the Organization as an incubator for the dominant values.

• The Organization's interest to clarify her character that distinguish them from others and directed work.

• Supportive management practices leadership classes for layout value system adopted by the organization.

• Emphasize the need to accommodate the Organization's policies and normalization of value theme upbringing.

الملخص FRE

L'organisme repose sur un ensemble des valeurs acquises par les travailleurs au cours de la socialisation avant qu'ils ne soient basés sur un ensemble d'outils et de programmes scientifiques, l'organisme peut ajouter de la valeur à son personnel, ses caractéristiques, ses intérêts, ses politiques et ses objectifs, qui définissent le caractère de l'organisation et le distingue des autres organisations, le besoin de l'organisme d'attirer l'attention sur la structure de la valeur et ses sous-éléments dans sa structure dans la culture organisationnelle qui prévaut est de plus en plus urgent afin d'assurer la stabilité des ressources humaines et l'activation de toutes ses énergies constitutives, étant donné que les crises rencontrées par les organismes sont le résultat de l'absence d’une politiques de socialisation et de normalisation des valeurs organisationnelles efficaces dans les entreprises.

Le document de recherche est une étude théorique examinant comment comprendre et explorer la structure de valeur au sein de l'organisation dans ses dimensions et sous-éléments afin d'expliquer le comportement organisationnel des individus et les guider vers la réalisation des objectifs de manière efficace.
