الملخص EN

This study aimed to construct administrative achievement motivation scale for primary school’s director in Algeria, In order to provide a scale that has psychometric characteristics which, are acceptable.

And also, enables us to reveal the degree of achievement motivation of primary school’s directors.

The operational definition of the concept of administrative achievement motivation for the primary school director has been defined by reviewing the concepts and specific terminology contained in the psychological heritage of the term achievement motivation as well as the concepts and terminology of the primary school director .

In order to identify the axes and items of the scale, many scientific references were reviewed, which dealt with motivation achievement in general, and dealt with administrative work from various aspects, as well as the most important standards used in this area and benefit from the derivation of the items of the scale.

This enables the identification of the axes of the scale (- Taking responsibility and making decisions.

- Perseverance and facing challenges.

- Planning and orientation towards the goal.

- Management and time organization.

- Communication and career organization.

- Professional and social development).

The scale items were then drafted in proportion to the primary school director.

To Check the validity of the scale items and response options, they are exposed to a jury of (09) experts in statistic and psychometric measurement.

According to the juror suggestions, some items are modified and others are excluded.

Where the study was conducted upon 277 directors from primary school’s headmasters in M’sila, reliabilitycoefficient 0.79 and is the value statistically significant, and coefficient Alpha cronbach 0.84 is also a value statistically significant, and indicate an acceptable level of reliability.

which means that the scale has an acceptable degree of confidence.

As for the sub-axes of the scale, the reliability coefficients ranged between 0.55 and 0.72, which are acceptable reliability values.

As for validity in addition to content validity, whole collected evidence of the construct validity, the correlation coefficients were calculated between items and the degree of the axis, and the degree of the scale.

The T test has been applied in order to differentiate items, and procedure of Factor analysis Exploratory to make sure that is represent principal factor.

In its final version scale of the achievement motivation, for primary schools headmasters in Algeria, included the 64 items multiple choice (four alternative) .

The study recommends applying administrative achievement motivation scale in other Algerian cities as well as to verify the psychometric characteristics according to the modern theory of measurement (latent trait theory), in order to overcome the criticism made of the traditional theory of measurement.

الملخص FRE

Le but de cette étude était de construite direct l'échelle de la motivation administrativechez les directeurs des écoles primaires en Algérie .

Cette échelle doit avoir des caractéristiques cycométriques acceptables.

Et peut détecter le degré de motivation chez les directeurs d’écoles primaires.

L'étude a été menée sur 277 directeurs dans la wilaya de m’sila.

Le coefficient de la fiabilité de l'échelle était 0,79 qui est une valeur statistique significative.

Le coefficient alpha Cronbach était 0.87 ,représente également une valeur statistique significative.

Cette valeur exprime un niveau acceptable de la fiabilité.

Pour la validité ont été calculés Les coefficients de corrélation entre les items et le degré total de dimensions , et leur corrélation avec le degré total de l'échelle, L'analyse factorielle a été utilisée pour examiner la validité de construit afin de déterminer le nombre de dimensions et leur signification respective .L'échelle est dans la forme finale de 64 items.
