الملخص EN

The current study of 46 primary school teachers aims to identify the role of pedagogy in the promotion of the social skills of the student in the primary school and the factors that can reduce its role in promotion in the light of improved curricula.

On the basis of the problem, as well as through our various observations in the field of education, we can ask the following questions : - Did pedagogy meet the competency approach in upgrading the social skills of the elementary school student ? - What are the obstacles that prevented the approach from promoting the social skills of the student? To answer the questions, the following hypotheses were proposed : 1- The pedagogy of the competency approach in upgrading the social skills of the elementary school student (late childhood) was approved.

2 - There are obstacles that prevented the promotion of social skills of the primary school pupil.

The study was based on a questionnaire designed to reveal the role of this approach in the achievement of teachers to improve social skills in the process of educational learning, and then the nature of the factors that hinder this pedagogy from upgrading these skills in the life of the school student for effective communication.

The sample of teachers (46 teachers) who expressed their views through the questionnaire about the success of the failure of the approach in the promotion of social skills and factors that did not enable this approach to upgrade the social skills of students in primary school (late childhood).

The study showed that (60.36%) of the sample found that the competency approach did not succeed in upgrading the social skills of the school child (late childhood) through improved educational curricula, which means that they do not reflect the learner's ability to communicate Or with others, while 39.64% of the respondents said that the approach pedagogy was able to upgrade the social skills of the school pupil.

There were also some factors that reduced the success of the approach in achieving the value goals specified in the educational curricula, where 51.08 % show the role of the educational community in the promotion of social skills, teacher and director of the most important of these elements affect the personality of the learner, and can not neglect the impact of educational curricula on the process The role of the social network for the child from its interactions with its elements represented by comrades and various social institutions is estimated at 47.40 % as an indication that the social environment remains the difficult number to control and its impact on school, including child , Economic factors, increased by 20.60 % are also showing the extent of their contribution to the social atmosphere both inside and outside the institution.

, And the ratio (39.69 %) for the total factors that made the approach fail to upgrade these skills.

الملخص FRE

La présente étude vise à reconnaitre le rôle de l’approche par compétences dans le développement des compétences sociales chez les élèves du cycle primare, et les facteurs qui font réduire ce rôle à la lumière des programmes améliorés.

Cette étude qui porte sur un échantillon composé de 46 enseignants ,a utilisé un questionnaire conçu pour révéler le rôle de cette approche à l’amélioration des compétences sociales dans le processus d’apprentissage , et la nature des facteurs perturbateurs qui entravent cette pédagogie à accomplir cette tache.

Les résultats ont montré que (60,36 %) des enseignants de l’échantillon estiment que la pratique de l’approche par compétences dans l’exécution des programmes d’étude, n’a pas réussi à améliorer les compétences sociales chez les élèves .Dans un autre coté (39,69 %) des membres de l’échantillon ont confirmé la présence des facteurs contraignants de cette approche et que le facteur éducatif vient en premier lieu par un taux de 51.08 %.
