The question about moral behaviour has always been the interest of great number of ancient and new scientists such as philosophers, scientists or researchers in the human behaviour in general.

There is no sin to say that all religions and philosophies, and other knowledge and sciences presented a full diagnostic to the reason of sadness of man.

It also proposed some solutions to make the human being happy and satisfied.

For this, the eminent philosopher and scientist Ibn Hazm El Andaloussi (994 - 1064) conducted a research concerning this ethical and moral question.

All moral writers agreed that the most important purpose is happiness In fact, we cannot achievehappiness without excluding sadness.

The majority of Ibn Hazm’s letters mentioned this idea as his book entitled:”Modawat Ennoufous Wa Tahdib Elakhlak.” “The soul therapy and the ethical discipline”, that what I reformulated it under the meaning “The theory of excluding anxiety of Ibn Hazm”.

So what is the reality of this theory? And what is its relationship with religion, morals and self? And where does its philosophical value reside?
