This study sets out in a different light the amendments made by the Currency Law and Vote 17-10.
Its objective is to study the main monetary indicators before the introduction of non-conventional financing (2011-2016).
On the other hand, to explore new mechanisms in the management of the money supply injected during the period 2017-2022 in the context of non-conventional financing.
The study identifies some mechanisms to manage the money supply namely, to determine the rate of overprint for the determination of the money supply to be injected, to concentrate on the money supply in circulation and not the nominal volume and the taking into account of the rate growth in the volume of commercial transactions.

Cette étude expose sous un angle différent les amendements apportés par la loi sur la monnaie et le crédit n° 17-10.
Elle a pour objectif d’une part, d’étudier les principaux indicateurs budgétaires et monétaires avant l’introduction du financement non conventionnel (2011-2016).
Et d’autre part, d’explorer de nouveaux mécanismes dans la gestion de la masse monétaire injectée durant la période 2017-2022 dans le cadre du financement non conventionnel.
L'étude cerne quelques mécanismes permettant de gérer la masse monétaire à savoir, déterminer le taux de surimpression pour la détermination de masse monétaire à injecter, se concentrer sur la masse monétaire en circulation et non pas le volume nominales et la prise en compte du taux de croissance du volume des transactions commerciales.
