The institution living today in era of crises that are difficult to described, diagnosis and control it, where it has become the element can not be ignored in the preparation of strategy or outlining future policy of the institution, and in light of changing institution business environment of stable environment to a rapidly changing environment there was a need to communication strategy as a essentiel pillar and compass directed the institution and define it right direction that must go according to him, especially in light of the crises conditions.

This research aims to determine the path of communication in a time of crises in the institution, and to highlight the contribution of communication strategy in crises management effectively.
