Financial market is considered the main engine of economic activity in developed countries, but in the Arab countries is still its weak and neglected in many of them, hence this study focused on the importance of the Islamic capital market as an alternative to market Alawarq with the need to keep pace with this market Islamic financing mechanisms contribute to this funding market, and among these Islamic investment funds mechanisms.

Thus, Islamic investment funds operate on direct liquidity to the Islamic financial market, providing the ability to pick securities compliant with Islamic law, and put it in these markets, which contributes to the entry of investors to the Islamic financial markets and revitalization and increase the level of their performance.

Therefore, this paper aims to attempt to address this issue through the definition of what the investment funds and Islamic types and the expected role for the economy as well as to investors, as well as the entrance to a theoretical conceptual Islamic Market and structured knowledge of its requirements and then realize the role and importance of compliant investment funds with Islamic sharia law in the revitalization of the market securities through the Islamic experience Fund Saeb for trading commodities during the period (2003- early 2016)
