This study is titled: "The Impact of Measurement in Criminal Jurisprudence at the Maalikis (Selected Investigations)" to answer two major problems: Are measurement measures having an impact on criminal jurisprudence, which is predominantly worship? And do the Maalikis conduct measurement investigations in criminal jurisprudence like other sections of jurisprudence? In order to arrive at some of the hoped for, the study was divided into nine demands in selected subjects of measurement.

It concluded that the measurement has a very significant effect in the branches of criminal jurisprudence at the Maalikis, and recommended the expansion of the research to include all fundamentalist scholars and their impact.

The criminal jurisprudence of the Maalikis, and the need to teach the fundamentals of jurisprudence linked to branches of jurisprudence, so as to perform the role entrusted to him.
