The study aimed to reveal that decision-making is a mobile process and one has to monitor and follow the results of his decisions to adjust them when needed and in the manner required.

On the grounds that the financial deficit experienced by the professional sports clubs in Algeria affects their effectiveness and the results achieved by athletes or clubs at the local, Arab or continental level, which led us to search for an outlet for this situation.

The future of Algerian sports is at a crossroads with two main options: to continue to rely on traditional management or rely on informatics as a means of management.

The study concluded that the process of decision-making stems from the collection, analysis and processing of information in a scientific way, which leads to the identification of possible alternatives to the solution, and taking one of the alternatives often requires taking human sense in the calculations when examining the benefit of an alternative From results, successful decision-making depends on proper judgment and relies on reliable and correct information.
