So there must be someone who accomplishes this task in best way, and can cope with these tasks with firm comprehension and accurately, it’s a very dangerous task in a same time, any fast fatwa may lead to reputation, blood or property of of Muslim unfairly.It may separate between nations or detest people who haven’t seen justice , interest and logic in fatwa they were juged with In every age, Scholars should guide all their concern to adjust the methodology of fatwa and forming Muftis and frame the operation of fatwa inorder to keep people away from testing them in their religion "Our Lord! Make us not a (test and) trial for the Unbelievers, but forgive us, our Lord! for Thou art the Exalted in Might, the Wise."
