This study aims at recognizing the degree of practicing the International Relief Agency's schools' principals in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan of (Leadership for the Future) program skills in addition to the challenges facing implementing as well as the suggested solutions from the perspective of the principals and their assistants, and indicating the impact job description, educational area, gender, scientific qualification and scientific specialization) in estimating the extent of practicing the skills of the program by the principals and their assistants.

The study utilized the survey analytical descriptive approach for the program, and the sample consisted of (76) female and male principals and (69) female and male assistants from the administrative board of the International Relief Agency schools.The survey has been adopted as a tool for collecting qualitative and quantitative information and data for estimating the degree of practicing the International Relief Agency' schools' principals in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan of (Leadership for the Future) program skills in addition to the challenges facing implementing as well as the suggested solutions from the perspective of the managers and their assistants, the survey consisted of (50) paragraphs; distributed on four fields (effective leader, leading work team, improving education and learning, evaluating and managing workers' administration), two open questions, with ensuring the authenticity and certainty of the study tool, in addition to using the descriptive and analytical statistics for treating the required data.

The study results showed the following: The degree of practicing the International Relief Agency' schools' principals in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan of (Leadership for the Future) program skills in the four fields (effective leader, leading work team, improving education and learning, evaluating and managing workers' administration) was high.

The study results showed no significant differences of a statistical indication between the averages of responses of the study sample upon indication level (α ≤ 0.05) referred to the variables of (description, educational area, gender, scientific qualification and scientific specialization).There is a number of challenges facing the implementation of (Leadership for the Future) program in the International Relief Agency's schools in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, of which comes the first is the various administrative burdens conducted by the administrative board and workers in the school, lack of the specialized administrative personnel which leads to much work and non-adequacy of time for accomplishment of tasks.

In addition to implementing the International Relief Agency a huge number of training reform programs and entitling the administrative boards of following-up with them all at once, which increases burdens and time pressure ? In light of recommendations; a number of solutions have been suggested for overcoming the challenges that face implementing (Leadership for the Future) program, of which comes the first; providing schools with the specialized administrative personnel; regardless of the number of population but with considering the amount of achievement entitled by the school principal as an educational leader, improving resources and financial capabilities and granting more powers to managers.
