Innovation is one of the basic requirements of contemporary management, since it is no longer sufficient or even satisfactory to perform the work to all types of organizations in the traditional routines because the continuation of them may lead to failure and disappearance, in order to sustain their excellence and continuity, The aim of this study is to review the concepts of administrative Innovation and organizational excellence, clarify the nature of the relationship and influence between them, And try to identify how to use administrative Innovation to enhance excellence in (Mobilis) , Its components (individual Innovation, collective Innovation, organizational innovation) affect the achievement of excellence in its dimensions (effective leadership, process and fact management, focus on results, development of partnerships, continuous improvement, creativity and learning, development and involvement of individuals).
