This study aims at identifying the impact of planning on the objectives of major humanitarian projects in Sudan.

Case study of Al-Muk Nemer Company for Development and Contracting Ltd.

The problem of the study lies in the lack of planning in the construction projects.

The study stems from the lack of research and studies on project management.

The study also explained the historical approach, the deductive approach, the case study methodology and the analytical descriptive method using the Al-Ahzam program.

SPSS was used to integrate the data of the study.

The percentages, standard deviation, and quasi-squared test were used for the responses of the study community.

The study data were collected by questionnaire.

The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is to prove the validity of all hypotheses: 1.There is a statistically significant relationship between the quality of project planning and achievement of its objectives.

Projects face difficulty in planning due to the large diversity of projects and changes in the type and size of funding.
