This study aims at identifying the impact of time management on the performance of the managers in the Yemeni government departments.

the researcher conducted a field study on the public electricity corporation in Aden governorate where the population of study includes all general managers and their deputies, and managers of departments and their deputies.

all 148 managers are distributed in the general administration in Aden and its three districts(first district, second district, and third district) and the stations of generating energy (al-Haswah station, al-mansoorah station and khor maksar station).

the questionnaire has been used to collect data and information required to achieve the objectives of the study.

after using the statistical methods suitable for analysis, the study concluded that there is a relationship between time management application and level of performance.

the study suggested some recommandations, the most important of which are the necessity of holding training courses for the managers in the field of time management, and the necessity of managers’ use of principles of time management.
