Regulatory commitment is one of the most important terms in different organizations, their nature, size, activity and type, and the need to study humanitarian behavior in organizations has been highlighted, and its purpose is to motivate and increase the commitment of its personnel, leading to the emergence of many models and the conduct many research on the subject of regulatory commitment, which is intended primarily to identify factors influencing regulatory commitment.

the need for its study has therefore arisen to learn more about the means and procedures that will increase the organizational commitment of individuals in their organizations, which in turn works on the service of the mission of the organization, so in our article we sought to identify what the organizational commitment by presenting different definitions of the subject, as well as highlighting its importance and characteristics, and we touched on both dimensions and components, and then we came to some of its models to see more visibility in what is meant by mah organizational commitment.
