This study aim at uncovering the deep reasons that led to the appearance of the dependence and the nationalization of the tribes adjacent to the borders of Transjordan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during the period of 1921 – 1933 CE, and to try to find solutions for this issue through the numerous conferences, conventions, treaties and the British's efforts to establish standards for the nationalization of the tribes.

The study concluded that despite encouraging all the parties to the tribal raids in order to fight the other regime on behalf of them.

They were evading the dependence of the attacking parties.

Sometimes, the tribes change their dependence to flee from the punishment, which made the two parties find a solution to this issue through determining the dependence of each adjacent tribe under the British patronage, almost to build a new stage in the good relationships between the two countries.

The study depended fundamentally on the published British documents, which include a collection of reports and the mutual correspondences between the British officials in addition to a collection of the local contemporary sources of events.
