The study aimed to identify the compatibility between the anthropometric dimensions and the dimensions of the work positions and its relation to the performance level in the port institution in Annaba.

the descriptive approach was based on the study of the case in accordance with our study.

the study was applied to an objective sample of the study population.

the sample size was 40 posts.

the researcher used 3 forms to measure the study variables.

our study concluded that: there is a general relative compatibility of the anthropometric dimensions and the dimensions of the work positions of the study cases.there is a relationship between the compatibility of the anthropometric dimensions and the dimensions of the jobs and the level of performance of the study cases.
