The rapid fall in prices on the international oil market has come to light; once again ; the extreme fragility of our economic system.
The construction of the market economy in Algeria requires harmonious economic development and institutional efficiency.
The objectives of our modest contribution through this article are twofold: the first objective is to recall that with the sharp drop in oil prices, the Algerian economy needs diversification so that we can put an end to the Dutch disease that characterizes our economy.
The second objective is to highlight the levers needed to implement conditions of emergence and economic development in Algeria.
الملخص FRE
La chute rapide des cours sur le marche pétrolier international, est venue révéler ; encore une fois ; l’extrême fragilité de notre système économique.
La construction de l’économie de marché en Algérie impose un développement économique harmonieux et une efficience institutionnelle.
Les objectifs de notre modeste contribution à travers cet article sont de deux ordres : le premier objectif est de rappeler qu’avec la chute brutale des prix du pétrole, l’économie algérienne a besoin d’une diversification afin que nous puissions mettre un terme au syndrome hollandais qui caractérise notre économie.
Le deuxième objectif est de mettre en lumière les leviers nécessaires à mettre en œuvre pour des conditions d’émergence et de développement économique en Algérie.
