The regionalization in Morocco aims at the economic and social development through a territorial governance based on the good management and the use of the material and immaterial resources which possess every region.
However, the level of development differs by creating dysfunctions regarding the disparities.
The country thus needs dynamic and competitive regions which have to meet the need of the population and reach the economic and social goals.
It is in this logic that the regional development intervenes to complete the politics and the measures taken by the state regarding development.
The problem of the analysis of the regional disparities requires generally calculating (code) the disparities which exist in Morocco.
الملخص FRE
La régionalisation au Maroc vise le développement économique et social à travers une gouvernance territoriale, une bonne gestion et une utilisation optimale des ressources matérielles et immatérielles que possède chaque région.
Toutefois, le niveau de développement diffère en créant des dysfonctionnements en matière des inégalités et des disparités.
Le pays a donc besoin des régions dynamiques et compétitives qui doivent répondre aux besoins de la population et atteindre les objectifs économiques et sociaux.
C’est dans cette logique que le développement régional intervient pour compléter les politiques et les mesures prises par l’Etat en matière de développement.
La problématique de l'analyse des disparités régionales nécessite généralement à chiffrer les inégalités qui existe au Maroc entre les régions "riches" et les régions "pauvres".
Il s'agit donc d'évaluer la richesse des régions.
Ce travail tente d’évaluer le niveau de développement et l’écart qui existent entre les différentes régions du Royaume.
