Through our study of the parliamentary question we found represents an important regulatory tool, through which parliament Arians can monitor the government activity as well as a channel of cooperation between the legislative and executive branch.

The diversity of the question posed by the parliamentary question and the ease of its procedures, its simplicity and the vitality it gives to its effectiveness have contributed greatly to the increase in its use as a parliamentary over sight tool.

The study development in the visual ,audio and print media has contributed significantly to providing the appropriate climate for raising the parliamentary question however, we have noticed that there are clear gaps in the constitutional and legal organization of the parliamentary question in Iraq under the constitution of republic of Iraq for the year 2005 ,as the constitution is exempt from reference to the procedures of the question or the types of conditions to put it was supposed to avoid that lack the internal order of the Iraq council of representatives for the year 2006 only that it came free of the organization of the formal and objective conditions of the parliamentary question and it was free from the statement of types of question and when the minister has the right not to answer the question of MP .
