The present research deals with the study of Modernism between art and function.

The research includes four chapters.

The first chapter includes the research problems of research and its question: Are modern plastic products implemented as artistic works of art according to the modern needs of man? The objective of the research objective is unreveal the manifestations of modernism between art and function.

The limits of research were The research limits are subjective related to (modernism between art and function), special related to (Europe) and temporal confined to (1915-1940) throughout studying and analyzing of illustrated models of the available artistic works, chapter two is the research theoretical framework it contains three sections, the first is: the signs of the formation movement in the pre-modernism the second is the concept of modern formation, and the third is art and function its dimensions and its characteristics in the formation).

chapter three deals with the research procedures.

The research community is selected and its sample is the research was selected, which reached (3) works of art.

Finally, chapter four includes the results of the research results, conclusions, recommendations and suggestions.
