الملخص EN

The objective of this study is to measure the degree of satisfaction of novice teachers on the training program entitled "Design, construction and use of a course on the Moodle platform".

To achieve this objective we have developed a satisfaction questionnaire consisting of (34) items covering the three systems of the program: entry, learning and exit system.

we distributed it to (104) teachers affiliated to Mohamed Lamine Debaghine Setif 2 University.

The results showed that the teachers expressed a high degree of satisfaction with the training they received.

الملخص FRE

L’objectif de cette étude est de mesurer le degré de satisfaction des enseignants novices sur le programme de formation intitulé « conception, construction et utilisation d’un cours sur la plate-forme Moodle ».

Pourréaliser cet objectif nous avons conçu un questionnaire de satisfaction composé de (34) items englobant les trois systèmes du programme : système d’entré, d’apprentissage et de sortie.

Nous l’avons distribué auprès de (104) enseignants affiliés à l’université Mohamed Lamine DebaghineSetif2.Les résultats obtenus ont démontré que les enseignants ont exprimé une forte satisfaction sur la formation qu’ils ont bénéficié
