This essay aims to touch upon the quality of professional life and its relation with the efficiency of mking administrative decisions,since the quality of life has a direct impact on the different administrative activities of the institution; the most important of which is the one of making administrative decisions with its various types and different stages .thus,this latter is going to be tackled through the study of the main professional lif's dimensions lik:stability,peace and balance between;work,life,the leadership style and the supervisory style,in addition to the career progression.Then,analysing the relation between these dimensions and the process of making administrative decisions within the institution,because making good administrative decisions in the institution is a significant matter that has an effect on the achievement of the institution's goals and its continuance.
