The difference between people is what God ordered before they were created, and he wrote them since he took them out of the stomachs of their mothers.

They do not know anything, and they are still different until the Hour, if the Lord wills to make them one nation.

, And has been modified, since the time is still the creation of this diversity in understanding and this change in the mind, and the year of difference evidence of the freedom granted to the human life in this world, if God wanted to make people like other creatures Almkzar and Almtorp obedience, but he - Freedom of choice in the world, so the difference arose.The contemplation of the efforts of scholars to interpret the legal texts and explain their implications shows the existence of schools and curricula in understanding these texts, due to the nature and quality of the assets on which the owners of each direction are based.

Thus, these two approaches can be divided into two main directions: - the virtual - and the trend Almqasdi - reformers.This study is intended to show that differences in understanding may occur even if the text is clear and explicit.

Understanding the year of difference was the entrance of the acceptance of the other, and this acceptance of the other should lead to coexistence that guarantees the rights of all.

Intellectual, cultural and social space, is the first step in the project of ending tensions and intellectual and social differences, and the maintenance and repair of the dire conditions of Islamic societies, one of the purposes of writing this research.On the basis of this, I divided my research subject into: Introduction, preface and two topics, which dealt with the preface: The reasons for the difference of scholars, and the statement that one of the differences is the difference of minds in the understanding of the text.

The first part of it is devoted to talking about the characteristics and advantages of my school: The second topic: I devoted myself to talk about the jurisprudential applications of the methodology of understanding the texts between the owners of the two schools, and I hope that this modest study will contribute to restoring the spirit of tolerance, integration and shaking hands among scholars and knowledge in matters of judgment.
