الملخص EN

The Islamic doctrine is the core of faith and Shara.

The study of Islamic doctrine to the Man reveals his\her religious prohibition.

It can be the norm of rightfulness in life.

The doctrine determines the goal, the behavior and guide.

The scholastic theology is the affairs which hu man follow and tru st them without a bit of doubt .

So as to check the biographies of Islamic scholiasts is the importance aspect in science and knowledge.

Master (Saeed) Mohammed Al-Malakyi is one of the prominent scholiast so that, the researcher chooses his scientific biography and the thesis is entitled ” Saeed Mohammed Bin Alawi Al-Maliki and His Efforts”.

He is originally from the family of the prophet.

( The study depends on the inductive reasoning.

The thesis is divided into two chapters , index , introduction and a conclusion.

The first chapter is concerned with the life of the scholar, his scientific position and era.

The second chapter(Priorty of prophets )subdivided in to two parts the first one preference the prophets from angels ,the second deals with superiority among the prophets) .

The study concludes that : The scholar had a distinctive position at his time .

He took many positions and administrative jobs.

He used to answer in a scientific and logical way.

He had a rightful creed .

He followed the approach Suni and Al-Jima whom rejected the heresies and disavowed from disbelieving .

He affirmed the legality of beseeching the prophet (Muhammed peace be upon him) and the righteous followers .

(He agreed the audience scientists in preference the prophets some of them to some and preference the prophets Muhammad (peace be upon him) on the rest of the creation and also he agreed them in preference the prophets from angels) .

His writings distinguished by its clear word, freed from cramming and artificiality.
