الملخص الإنجليزي

This study aims to demonstrate the civil liability for dangerous machines and objects.

The problem of the study is to demonstrate the adequacy of Jordanian civil law rules to guarantee the damage caused by dangerous machines and materials, and the problem of studying the problems resulting from the use of machines and dangerous objects and the burden of proving them.

This study was dealt with through five chapters dealt with in the first chapter of the introduction and then the problem of study and the purpose of the study and its importance and the study questions and limits of the study, while the second chapter take up the verification of the responsibility of the guard about the machines and dangerous things through the definition of the guard and distinguish him from other people.

Chapter III deals with the terms of liability and the basis of responsibility for the guard.

In Chapter IV we talk about ways to pay responsibility for the keeper of machinery and dangerous things and the statute of limitations of the liability for dangerous machines and objects.

Finally, the conclusion, conclusions, recommendations and references were addressed in chapter 5.
