Media means utility and notifying .It also transfer information to some people and assure their believes .For that it is considered that information is it major content .It has numerous means ''seeable ,readable and oudible.so .it has largest controlling part in social grout.

Most of what we read ,hear and see on media means is not valueless ,it is scientifically expressed as ''Value Loaded".

Islamic values are group of ethics that product Islamic personality ,make it complete and able to live and interact with society and to achieve concord with its members and also to work for ourselves ,family and believe.

Media ,on the other hand ,has an important part for seeking reality and effects on public opinion and declares the people's emotions.

Islam has concerned with media that the most characteristics in ancient Arabic society share the words with the swords in defending its entity and protecting it from enemies .This consideration expanded in the Islamic state lead by our generous messenger Mohammed (prayers and peace of God be upon him)to teach ambassadors and to encourage poets to declare values images of Islamic ethics that follow the firm or moveable principles in Islamic Sharia ,the values also have stable relationships with media
