supposedly, the concept of death from several faces, Physically, biologically, medically, socially may put any doctor in an Ethical, legal, philosophical, religious, cultural, social embarasseement and being considered as an ethical philosophy accountability that puts its shade upon the prospect of new ethical thinking (Bioethics) which is related to biological medical practice and what it concerns ethical problems on different levels.

The matter which invites us to delve into what is death in the contemporary biological / medical visualization and what new scientific conception of death requires of putting standards and criteria for ethical philosophy accountability to the experts of medicine and biology preserving the human dignity.
