The world lives in the stage of specialization, a stage in which intellectual maturity has reached its facets.

That begins tyrannical technology is being undermined in all fields by the explosion of globalization, and, the shrinking of the world in a small village almost without maps and geographical boundaries.

And, Arabic as in other fields, it continues to be on the throne of the disciplines, and, issues, and, studies that are not in any way to limit them, overlap science, every science to heal as a sea spread issues, and, multiple, the specialty is a matter of the adoption, and, the implementation of thought, so, as not to go the efforts of one researcher in vain, The combined efforts of the researchers combine to create a linguistic or literary heritage that holds a solid repertoire that preserves the language of its entity and prestige.

We assure the generations that come after us that this child will be born through a difficult labor cost.

However, the problem that arises from the anger of specialists in Arab issues is that specialization is unique to the researcher in a valley, important in a world that is confined to its issues, although, Arab sciences, and, arts overlap with each other while studying their issues.

However, this factor is not sufficient to pay the researcher intellectual wealth.

And knowledge if he did not assume the role of researcher in various Arab issues is not limited to his specialty.

Thus, the teaching of specialization in the university environment are all university professors, since the assignment of a scale far from its specialization is a mandate, and, makes the teacher burdens, and, increases his interest, except for some intermediate disciplines that any professor can study such as research methodology, It is far from teaching the theory of receive or contemporary literature, and, vice versa, as is the course of the other disciplines.

What we seek through this paper is the topic of specialization in the field of Arabic language and literature: -Is it a blessing or a curse on the student concerned? -Is it possible for the researcher to specialize in a specialization and be able at the same time to collect the other disciplines ?Or should he devote his time to specialization, and, benefit from the expertise of other specialists? -Is it possible to underline a work methodology to graduate a qualified university professor to teach Arabic in all its specialties ?Or should he devote himself to specialization? If the answer is yes, why do we educate some abuses in many universities, which dictate the commission of some professors to teach standards far from their specialty? -Is under the law of specialization is a standard of quality in higher education? These are questions, and, others that we seek to explore in their paths, and, to talk about their research findings in order to achieve a major, and, supreme goal of adopting development strategies that benefit, and, benefit our educational policies, especially in the higher education stage.

At the same time, in our general education, Arabic is subject to more certificates than language preservation.

Perhaps it will be necessary to collect a diploma that combines specialization and training in the other disciplines?
