Many questions arise when we talk about the intellectual elite in Iraq after 2003 ,Is it one group or not ?Unified and has ideology with impact on the people or disunified with no effect at all ?Does this elite has leadership and there is inner conflicts in it or not? What is the nature of this elite , does it differ from the previous elite or continuous to it or has changed itself ?Considering its role ,does it work as a mediator in the society or as a legislator to ideas and thoughts ,or as an expert that transcend its knowledge to the society and the political authority as well? Is the intellectual elite going to change the world or change itself ,and before that is the intelligencia a tool of change in the first place ?What are the consequences of the changes in the society and the state on the intellectual elite ? Does the Iraqi intellectual turned into religious or party intellectual or an independent one and does he have a real political role
