is considered the great prosperous era at the time of the modern Assyrian era extending from the beginning the Add Narari the 2nd up to the end of the Assyrians’ political regime in 612 B.C.

when Nineveh was collapsed by the fighters of Media and the Chaldeans who had a treaty against the Assyrian.

At that time , the Assyrian was in their top glory in all military , and political aspects in that their authority and regime had reached the ancient near east from Nile Valley in the west up to the city of Elam in the east , and from Asia Minor and the Babylon region in the north up to the Arab Gulf in the south .

Despite all this prosperity possessed by the Assyrian Empire ,there represented by facing the rebels conducted occasionally by some kingdoms and mini states in Syria and Palestine with the help of Pharaohs in Egypt whose power became weak in that era .

The present paper tackles the Assyrian-Egyptian conflict in the 2nd Assyrian Empire and it shows the scope of the prosperity , power , and status in the ancient world ,connecting this topic directly with the 25th Family to shed the light on the conflicts and struggles of the kings of this family with the Assyrian rulers.Also, this paper reveals the historical hostility between the two states .In fact, the essential reason for this hostility was the conflict of interests on the political and economic sovereignty of Syria that drove Egypt to more excitement and incitement.
