The right of return is linked to the issue of freedom of movement, it is also linked to the question of the criminalization of forced displacement, which finds its legal basis in the rules of international humanitarian law, international human rights law, international criminal law and international refugee law.

It is also linked to a series of international resolutions that recognize this right and emphasizes the protection.

So, in this research paper we address the right of return of the Palestinian issue in accordance with the rules of public international law, where we show the legal basis of the right of return for Palestinian refugees and the right of Palestinian refugees to compensation.
