The business assets consists of a set of material and moral elements.

The latter are of paramount importance, particularly that of the relationship with customers.

Indeed, the existence of a business assets depends on this element.

This is apparent from the provisions of article 78/02 of the trade code which provides that the business assets necessarily includes customers and renown.

Therefore, in all business assets contracts, the element must be integrated and taken into account.
