Participatory democracy is one of the mechanisms established by the 11-10 law on the commune to strengthen administrative decentralization, through the direct participation of citizens in the management of public affairs at the local level.
And to strengthen local democracy constituent Algerian consecrated participatory democracy in the constitution during the last constitutional revision of 2016.
Participatory democracy is considered as the very foundation of good governance, which has been enshrined in the policy of the President of the Republic and implemented by the government as part of a government plan of action.
But the consecration of the latter in the texts is not sufficient because it is necessary to facilitate the creation of associations at the local level to strengthen the role of civil society
الملخص FRE
La démocratie participative constitue l’un des mécanismes mis en place par la loi 11-10 relative à la commune pour renforcer la décentralisation administrative, à traves la participation directe des citoyens dans la gestion des affaires publiques au niveau local.
Afin de renforcer démocratie locale, le constituant algérien a consacré la démocratie participative dans la Constitution lors de la dernière révision constitutionnelle de 2016.
La démocratie participative est considéré comme le fondement même de la bonne gouvernance, qui à été consacré par la politique de Président de la République et mis en œuvre par le gouvernement dans le cadre de plan d’action gouvernemental.
Toutefois, la consécration de cette dernière dans les textes n’est pas suffisante en ce que le rôle de la société civile, à travers les associations, s’amenuise de plus en plus.
