After more than six years of the outbreak of the Syrian conflict, the parties especially a pro-Syrian government forces, continue to committee the ugliest international crimes on particularly war crime and crimes against humanity by the violation of war rules and non-compliance to the united nations security council decisions issued under chapter six of the united nations charter concerning the cease fire and the permitting humanitarian aid bypassing.
In front of this flagrant abuse, the international criminal court is unable to investigate on the crimes committed against Syrian civilians seeing the failure of the Security Council to adopt resolution according to the seventh chapter of the chart as result of the veto stopped all draft resolution despite the existence of a threat of international peace and security.
الملخص FRE
Après plus de six ans du déclenchement du conflit syrien, les parties, en particulier le gouvernement pro-syrien, commettent encore les crimes internationaux les plus odieux, notamment les crimes de guerre et les crimes contre l'humanité, pour violation des règles de la guerre et non-respect des Nations-Unies et les décisions du conseil de sécurité rendues en vertu du chapitre six de la charte des Nations-Unies concernant le cessez-le-feu et l'autorisation de contournement de l'aide humanitaire.
Malgré l’abus flagrant, la Cour pénale internationale ne peut examiner les crimes commis contre les civils syriens.
Devant l'échec du Conseil de sécurité dans l’adoption d’une décision selon le chapitre sept de la charte des Nations-Unies en raison du droit de veto qui a stoppé tous les projets de résolutions malgré la menace de la paix et sécurité internationale.
