This article attempts to study the concepts of modernism and the implications of each concept in intellectual or doctrinal tendencies in an analytical view to the most important sources and the foundations that have been established.

This article also attempts to explore the effects of these concepts on many scientific, religious, intellectual and literary aspects, and on the extent of obedience and its degree, either by absolute melting, cautious adoption or total rejection.

Which of these three positions determines the nature of the self , And delineates the boundaries of identity in every field of life.
