Using content analysis, this study aims at discovering to what extent do communication practitioners depend on Facebook as a new communication tool to allow official governmental pages become an information source about governmental services for targeted audience.

It also discovers how do communication practitioners- who manage Official governmental pages on Facebook- communicate with targeted audience; generally, and about governmental services especially; to reach high communicational performance level and needed quality of services.

This study conducted the analysis on a purposeful sample of (15) Official Governmental Pages on Facebook during July 2017.

Hypothesis were tested using Pearson Correlation; in order to discover the relationship between variables.

Finally; this study found that: 1) Communicators rarely depend on Facebook as a tool for disseminating information about services.

2) Communicators rarely communicate with public using Dialogic strategy or Two- Way Communication, but only depending on informational strategy in general.

There is a need for developing the content of the pages; especially contents about Services.

Also it is necessary to change the traditional way when communicating publics.

Finally; It is important to give attention to privacy and E- Security issues in the new E- Communication environment.
