To day ،the technological progress of the world is indeed a revolution ،that has never been seen in the history of mankind ،given the convergece that this tecnology has brought between parts of the world ،and pepole at defferent levels it has opened the wayfor intraction and asfor،as this life has previleges appeard to the negative aspects representative of the traditional disadvantage ،so called crime which is not free of interaction and interaction ، as we have pointed out ،because of the regularity of theseelectronic criminals in organisation and bodies of demensions ،and forme in so –called organized،and transcontinental crime the international community ،should have taken a position to confrot it with asystem which would put an end to these perpetators ،wich we will adress in this article god willing
