The objective of this study is to study the natural geographical components in the region of Al-Jabal Al-Akhdar in the north-east of Libya and to indicate their contribution to tourism activity.

The study found that each element has an important role to contribute to the development and development of tourism activity in the region, where it is necessary to identify these data in order to diagnose the situation in the region and provide the requirements for the tourism market.

As a result of the climate variability in the study area, there are places that are suitable for seasonal tourism activity.

And places with a permanent tourist activity in addition to the environment of the study area contains a disparity in the features of the topography and this is one of the important factors that encourage the development of tourism, especially areas of beaches and mountains.

The study reached several recommendations, most importantly; To • take care of the internal tourism and promote it by paying attention to the places of residence, the level of services and the development of activities commensurate with the existing nature.
